Returns Policy

Returns & Cancellation: We do not allow cancellation of products purchased, once the purchase is reviewed and approved. If you made any purchase by mistake, you may contact the support team immediately. However if the purchase is already approved and purchase order is routed to respective vendors, we cannot entertain any cancellation requests. We do not accept return of products purchased unless the product was received in damaged or defective condition. Some manufactures do not accept return of their products even if it is a dead on arrival and we try our best to avoid selling products from such manufactures. In any such case you might have to send in the products for warranty service and MCS cannot be held responsible for their return or repair policies. We advise you to refer return and repair policies of brands you intend to purchase through their website or in person.

Incase we initiate a cancellation of your order due to product unavailability or any error in the website, we would refund the amount within 7-10 working days. If you initiate a cancellation or refund, MCS will be entitled to deduct the amount we spent for shipment, payment collection or any upfront discounts provided for No Cost EMI purchases.
